Calendar poem
January is cold, and the month i was born!
I guess that was the month I took the world by storm.
February is splendid, it's plentiful of love!
-----------------------------------------------
March starts blooming flowers, like daffodils!
Not only that, I need to hit the treadmills!
April's when it starts to rain.
I don't want to leave the house, i'll keep myself on a chain...
Nothing really happens in May.
Through the month, it's a normal day.
What do you know, it's June.
I mean, it's out of the classroom.
Happy Canada day, it's july the first!
It's starting to turn hot, and that's the worst.
Now let's turn up the heat!
This August weather has me beat...
Do you remember?
The 21st night of September!
October, it's dark and scary!
It's so very frightening, it's just like Larry!
Aside from remembrance day, the month is pretty normal.
This is when the cold starts to get more lethal.
In December it's Christmas, and it's starting to snow!
The lights on my house are ready to glow.
I guess that was the month I took the world by storm.

Spring
Glorious, pleasant
Blooming, shining, raining
It blooms, but dies...
Falling, dying, windy
Calming, cold

Here lies the question:
"Would you live in the giver society?"
Currently no, though I would consider it. Think about it. There is no war, no violence, nothing of the hellish sort. Everybody is happy, laws are strictly enforced. There is no pain nor suffering, not mentioning the minor thing like injury and illness. Incidents rarely happen, and if they do, it doesn't seem to pose a threat. At least I think anyways. Everything is good. Unfortunately, there are the bad sides. There seems to be no change of weather, evident by Jonas' training to be the next Receiver. I love Winter and snow. I love playing around in the blankets of white, without care in the world. Now, what else... It seems expectations are relatively high. I wouldn't be able to keep up with the long list of regulations. Lastly, families. You don't stay with your biological parents and instead, you're assigned a unit. I really don't like that. I would rather like to stay with the mother who concieved me.
